Raintree Board members are elected by the unit owners for three-year staggered terms, with elections held annually in December for the seats whose terms are expiring. These individuals are Raintree condo owners, not paid staff, that seek to protect the investments of all Raintree owners, and who strive to provide a safe and enjoyable community for all.
