Vista Management works with BB&T Bank to process Raintree HOA payments. There are several ways to submit your payment. For due dates and other details, refer to your BB&T account and coupon booklet.
Here are five ways to make a Raintree HOA assessment payment:
Automatic Payment (Auto Pay) through BB&T Bank
Visit www.bbt.com/payments to set-up recurring automatic deductions from your checking or savings account. There is no charge for this service.
Pay Online at BB&T Bank
Visit www.bbt.com/payments to make a payment. E-checks are free. There is a 2.95% fee for using a credit card and a $4.95 fee for using a debit card. Processing time takes up to 4 business days.*
Pay at a BB&T Branch
Payments are accepted at a BB&T Branch with coupon. You must bring your coupon with you in order to make a payment using this method. Processing time takes 1-2 business days.*
BillPay Through Your Own Bank
Payments can be made though online banking, direct pay or BillPay from your bank. Convenience fees may apply. Include BillPay account number. Processing time takes 7-10 business days.*
Pay by Mail
Payments are also accepted by mail. Include coupon or BillPay #. Follow mailing instructions found in the coupon booklet. Only one coupon and one check per envelope. Processing time takes 7-10 business days.*
