Ways to Pay Your HOA Fee

Save time and have your Association payment deducted directly from your checking or savings account.

Vista Management works with Truist to process Raintree HOA payments. There are several ways to submit your payment. For due dates and other details, refer to your coupon booklet.

Here are five ways to make a Raintree HOA assessment payment:

Automatic Payment – Association Pay
Sign up for Association Pay (ACH) online at Truist.com/payments to set-up recurring automatic deductions from your checking or savings account. Go online at Truist.com/payments and click the “Pay Now” link. Complete requested fields. Submit your request. No fee to enroll. Avoid mail delays!

Online Payment Options
Make your payment online via credit/debit card or e-Check. Visit Truist.com/payments for more information.

In-Person Branch Payments
Payments can be made with a payment coupon at any Truist branch. Coupon payments made at a branch will post the following business day.

Online Bill Pay Service
If you use an online bill pay service, please refer to the instructions in the coupon booklet. Use the bill pay account number on the coupon as the account number requested by your bill pay provider when setting up your payment.

Mailing Payments
Mail your payment to the address on the label provided in your coupon booklet. Include your payment coupon with your check. Allowing time for mail delivery. If mailing payments does not work for you, consider setting up an automatic payment. See “Automatic Payment – Association Pay” above.
