Raintree is located within Ventura Country Club (Ventura), a gated community in East Orlando with more than 1,700 homes and condominiums.
Raintree owners, renters and guests are not only subject to Raintree documents, rules and regulations, but also Ventura documents, rules and regulations. To live in Ventura, there are two association fees, one for Raintree, and the other for the Ventura Homeowners Association (VHOA). If you have any questions regarding your VHOA payment, contact the Ventura Admin Office.
