Massey Services provides both termite and pest prevention for Raintree. A technician is on property weekly to do exterior prevention treatments. If inside service is needed, Massey will come to your unit at no additional charge.
To schedule an appointment, call the Massey office directly at 407-648-4881. Interior termite inspections of all downstairs units is provided each year in the month of February. Massey calls Vista Management to set the actual dates at the end of January each year. Re-inspections of all buildings on the outside is done yearly.
