Allan Amer is organizing a community party for Raintree residents (all owners and renters welcome) that will be held in the Ventura clubhouse ballroom on Monday, March 2nd from 5:00pm until 10:15pm. There will be a buffet, music, cash bar (at Happy Hour prices!), and a silent and live auction. Cost per person is $25. Proceeds from the auctions will be used to pay for the music.
Causal Dress? Yes, but no birthday suits
Will there be music? Yes, from 7:15pm-10:00pm
Can I bring guests? Yes, only if they know how to party
Buffet is $25 per person from 6:00pm to 7:15pm:

- Chicken Piccata
- London Broil
- Eggplant Parmesan
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Vegetable Medley
- Spaghetti Marinara
- Dinner Rolls & butter

- To pay and get tickets, call or email Tom Nixon at btnix64@gmail.com or 203-247-2003. Tom will also be at the Raintree pool on Sundays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.
Final headcount is needed by February 23rd.
