The Raintree Condominium Association has three positions open on the Board of Directors. One of three positions is a one year term to fill the vacancy until December 2021. Any Raintree Condominium Owner can become a candidate and if elected, becomes the representative for all five Condo Divisions.
The current Board encourages all homeowners to become involved and participate in planning and maintaining the quality of the community.
If you are interested in becoming a candidate for the Board, please complete the form in the 1st Annual Meeting Notice and mail it to the address indicated on the form by November 4, 2020:
You may prepare an information sheet describing your background and qualifications as well as other factors deemed relevant. The information sheet must be received at the address indicated on the form by November 9, 2020.
The Information Sheet and ballots will be mailed to voting members at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting, which will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.
