Hello Raintree Owners and Residents,
First I would like to thank everyone for giving me the opportunity to serve a three year term on the Raintree Board of Directors, this year as the President.
I plan to send an update each month to keep everyone a bit more informed of what’s happening in your Raintree Community. The new Board is in place, and I would like you to know who they are, photo to follow in the near future:

Existing committees are off and running, and new committees are being formed. Be sure to let the Board know if you would like to volunteer your help. Ideas and suggestions are always welcome. It is our intention to have Raintree the best it can be, and THE place people want to live, whether they are “Full timers” or “Snowbirds”.
At this time I would like to thank all of the volunteers who took down, packed up, and stored all of the holiday decorations around the community, and enjoyed the coffee and donuts:

If I did not list you here you know who you are and I apologize. I would also like to thank The Wanta’s for putting the Christmas light recycling box poolside for everyone to use. We collected 8lbs. of lights.
Also to let you know that February 8th’s meeting will be held at the Clubhouse “Ballroom” so more people can attend and still be within guidelines for social distancing.
