The Raintree paving project will begin on July 8. Paving will continue throughout the community until July 13.
Below are the parking instructions for the paving project. Find either your building number or condo address for the dates where paving will be done in your area. The map below is also color coded to show what areas will be paved and when. This map is also posted at the pool and the mailboxes. You must move and park your car out of the work zone before 7 a.m. on the day work is to commence during the dates designated for your area. There are parking spaces marked ‘guest’ around Raintree and additional parking is available at the Ventura Administration Building and along Lake Pointe Drive. Please be sure that when you are relocating your car into another parking spot, that you are not parking in a resident reserved parking spot.
There will be a tow truck ready and available to relocate vehicles as needed, at the owner’s expense. If for any reason a vehicle IS NOT relocated prior to 7 a.m. on the day work begins to the area assigned for your condo address (see map), the vehicle will be towed and moved, and the owner will be responsible for any/all expenses incurred. If we are unable to identify the owner of a vehicle prior to having it towed, it will be towed off property in which case the expense is much greater.
Once the work is complete, we anticipate that you will be able to travel/park on the pavement 24 hours after the final coat. Please be advised that this is an ESTIMATE timeframe only and could change based on unforeseen circumstances/delays. Please note that if any area is delayed it will be moved to the following day excluding weekends.
Please note that there will be no garage access for those units with garages during the designated work dates below.
