The Raintree paving project will begin on July 8. Paving will continue throughout the community until July 13. Please read the information below for the sealcoating schedule, how to avoid fines, and if you rent out your condo, a reminder of the requirements for all renters and the responsibility of the owner to register the renter(s) with Vista Management.
