R&C Roofing & Contracting has advised the Raintree Board of Directors that the roof replacement/window replacement work will begin for the following buildings:
July 31, 2023 – Building 13 and Building 14
August 10, 2023 – Building 2 and Building 11

The construction team will be on property Monday-Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please note that during construction residents may hear noise coming from the roof, see lane closures, and temporary traffic signals.
Residents should not park around the construction zones. R&C Roofing & Contracting is not responsible for any damage to vehicles parked near the construction zones.
Damage to tires due to nails should be reported to the Raintree Board of Directors.
The Raintree Board of Directors will send notifications in advance of the start date for the remaining buildings once the above buildings have been completed and passed the required inspections with the City of Orlando.
