Curry Ford Gate Closed for Woodgate Blvd. Repaving Project

Beginning Monday, July 20th, the Curry Ford gate (main entrance) will be closed for the repaving of Woodgate Blvd. The project is expected to take one month. All residents and guests are required to use the Pershing Gate until further notice. If you are are resident, you may continue to use the Raper Dairy gate as long as you have a valid barcode.

If you expect visitors during this time, please provide the following address:
4211 Woodgate Blvd., Orlando, FL 32822.

New Sod Placed Around Community

New sod was placed around the community over the last few weeks to fill in bare spots and worn edges. Fortunately, we’ve had lots of rain to help establish the new grass! Be sure to check out the photos.

Raintree Pool Scheduled to Reopen in June

5/11/2020 Update: The Raintree pool area, pool and spa (hot tub) will remain closed until at least June 16th. During this time, the pool will be drained, repaired and resurfaced to be brought up to current code. Watch for notices posted at the mailboxes and pool gates for opening details. Thank you for your patience.

5/5/2020 Update: The pool will be pressure tested this week for leaks in the water lines and will remain closed during this time. The pool is tentatively scheduled to re-open on May 9th. Watch for notices posted at the mailboxes and pool gates.

3/27/2020 Update: The Raintree pool area, pool and spa (hot tub) are currently closed in order to comply with the Orange County Emergency Order 2020-04 regarding COVID-19/Section 2 that states that all pools and playgrounds must be closed [for 14 days]. This is also in response to the Orange County “Stay at Home” order that went into effect on April 9th at 11:00 p.m.

Sidewalk Rebuilt Near Building 7 (Marshfield Court)

A summer maintenance update! A sidewalk near Building 7 (Marshfield Court) was rebuilt with a new drain this week in order help control rain water. Check out the photo! The sidewalk will also be more evenly graded to make the walk more level.

Fabric Sleeves Installed on Pool Railings

Blue fabric zippered sleeves were installed on the pool railings last week to help cool them down during the summer months. Check out the photos! The railings become extremely hot to the touch in the summer heat. While the bars will still feel warm to the touch with the sleeves on, you will no longer directly touch the metal railings getting in and out of the pool.

New Shed Installed at End of Cottage Grove Court

The new shed was installed this week at the end of Cottage Grove Court. Dave did a great job painting it to match the Raintree colors. Check out the photos. This area was previously cleared by a few residents to make room for the shed.

Plants Relocated to Make Room for New Shed

Last month Raintree’s Landscaping Committee transplanted shrubs and other plants from the new shed area at the end of Cottage Grove to the small park located next to Building #2. Be sure to check out the photos! This was a great way to use existing plants for other areas of the community. So far, it looks like all the plants are doing well in their new locations.

Cottage Grove Court PHASE 4 Fire Alarm Testing April 2nd

Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2nd, DynaFire will perform intermittent testing of the audibility of the fire alarm system in PHASE 4 (Cottage Grove Court) only. Access to all units and rooms will be required. This is only a test! What phase am I in?
