Dumpster Issue on Clubview Drive

Over the past few weeks, several residents have observed a trend at the Clubview Drive dumpster that is creating a mess and potential health hazards:

  • Trash bags are being left OUTSIDE of the gates of the dumpster and/or beside the gates leading into the dumpster.
  • Trash bags are being left inside the gates, beside the dumpster.
  • White kitchen bags with orange ties are being left beside the dumpster and the ties are NOT TIED. Animals have gotten into these bags.
  • Sometimes the trash is put into small boxes and lined up on the side of the dumpster gate.

It should come as no surprise that garbage must be placed INSIDE the dumpster. This is a friendly reminder that when garbage is not handled properly, your neighbors not only see your mess, but often have to pick up your mess.

Thank you for helping to keep this community a beautiful place to live.

Community Reminder: Pet Waste Must Be Picked Up

It doesn’t take much to remember that we have pets in our community. If you don’t watch your step, you are liable to step in one such reminder!

Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can carry bacteria and parasites which can affect both humans and other pets.

One of the most common forms of disease transmission between dogs is through fecal matter.

By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you contribute not only to the beautification of our community but also help to eliminate one of the most irritating nuisances in our community. Thank you for your cooperation.

When walking your dog(s) in the community, remember to:

  • Stay on the community grass and sidewalks.

  • Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly.

  • Have all dogs on a leash.
