The yearly Massey termite inspection of all downstairs condo units is scheduled for March 12th and 13th. Inspections will start each day at 9:00am. Massey will need to get into each of the downstairs units. The following buildings will be inspected on Monday, March 12th: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12. The following buildings will be inspected on Tuesday, March 13th: Buildings 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 27.
If you will not be home and cannot arrange for someone to be home during this inspection (such as a neighbor), call Massey directly at 407-648-4881 to schedule an appointment. This service is available at no additional charge to Raintree condo owners and renters.
What building am I in?
DynaFire will perform fire alarm testing in Phase 4 on March 12th at 1:30pm. This fire alarm test applies to Phase 4 condo units only. There will be intermittent testing of the audibility of the fire alarm system. Access to all units and rooms will be required. This is only a test!
Where is Phase 4?
On January 5, 2018, Ventura updated and modified their telephone system. When you call 407-275-7002, you will no longer reach the Admin Office directly. A welcome message will begin and then you must select one of the following extensions in order to reach the departments and/or locations below. If you do not select an extension, another menu will repeat to help get you to the right place.

Although we live in a gated community with 24-hour security, we still need to be mindful of our surroundings. For those units with garages, remember to put the garage door down at night. Some residents have reported the loss of personal valuables from their garage due to the door being up all night. If you see suspicious activity, please call Ventura Security at 407-380-5672.
It’s hot out! So you can imagine that non-Raintree residents will want to take advantage of the Raintree pool. The Raintree pool is a private pool for Raintree residents and their guests. A Raintree pool pass must be visible at all times while enjoying the pool area. If you see a person or group without a pool pass visible – especially if you do not recognize them as a resident – call Ventura Security at 407-380-5672 and ask them to do a pool pass check.
